A sprawling estate in Orlando, Florida, with Disney-themed amenities and decor has come to the market for $14.995 million.

Located in the guard-gated community of Golden Oak at Walt Disney World Resort, just five minutes from the front gate of the Magic Kingdom, the estate has a 11,000-square-foot main residence, a detached guest house, a swimming pool with a hot tub and a gazebo, according to the listing posted Wednesday.

The Mediterranean-style home was built in 2019 on a 0.75-acre lot with only one neighbor. “It offers a lot of privacy,” said listing agent Chris Christensen of Premier Sotheby’s International Realty’s Southwest Orlando office.

He and his wife, Julie, are co-handling the sale. They declined to disclose their clients’ identities. Per property records, the home is being held under a trust, which acquired the lot in 2013 for $952,600.

The main residence includes a Millennium Falcon-themed home theater, a row of Disney-themed stained-glass windows at the entryway and a marble fireplace that’s hand carved to replicate the one in the rental apartment above the theme park’s iconic Cinderella castle, Mr. Christensen said.

The home has seven bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, a dining room with separate indoor and outdoor areas and a game room, according to the listing.

Outdoors, there is a swimming pool with a hot tub, a waterfall and a waterslide, a covered courtyard, a summer kitchen and a gazebo overlooking the pond at the back of the property.

“The gazebo features a fiber optic starlit ceiling, it’s really dreamy at night.” Mr. Christensen said.

Unlike other homes in the community which have a standard two-car garage, this property has parking and storage space for up to seven vehicles, he said.

Golden Oak, a residential community literally on the Walt Disney World Resort has approximately 300 homes. Common amenities include a restaurant, a fitness center, a pool and a small park.

Residents can also take advantage of amenities and services at the Four Seasons hotel in the neighborhood, Mr. Christensen said.
