A 1.5-acre estate with dramatic views of the Hollywood Hills and Los Angeles came on the market Thursday asking $14.995 million, Mansion Global has learned.
Located behind a gated entry and private driveway, the hilltop estate is designed to make the most of the property’s sweeping city views, with multiple outdoor entertaining areas in addition to large windows and multiple balconies throughout the home.
The 11,000-square-foot home includes six bedrooms and eight bathrooms and has been staged with over $1 million worth of art, according to marketing materials from Nick Sandler, Bennett Hirsch and Mauricio Umansky of The Agency, who have the listing.
“This aspect of the property’s staging makes the home feel like a true piece of art from the inside out,” Mr. Sandler said in a statement. (The staging, art and furniture are available for a separate purchase, according to representatives from The Agency.)
The property’s abundant outdoor space boasts a large infinity pool with a spa and sun deck, a covered outdoor kitchen, sprawling grassy lawns, landscaped grounds, and multiple seating areas including a fire pit as well as a separate dining terrace, all with panoramic views, according to listing photos.
The home itself is set up for indoor-outdoor living, with floor-to-ceiling windows and glass doors throughout the airy, open-plan main level. The living room, overlooked by balconies from the upper level, features high ceilings and an imported Sahara Noir marble fireplace, and opens directly out onto the outdoor deck.
Numerous entertaining areas are available on the main level, including a sleek open kitchen that opens into multiple dining areas—all with large windows and dramatic views—as well as a wine cellar and wet bar.
Each of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom, according to marketing materials, and a corner primary suite boasts floor-to-ceiling windows on multiple sides, in addition to dual walk-in closets and an en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, a steam shower, and a soaking tub with views.
“It’s rare to find a property where there are no compromises, no detail is overlooked and the home checks every box,” said a statement from Mr. Hirsch. “This house has scale, design, privacy and a four-car garage.”
Other amenities include an office and a gym, both with large windows and views, per the listing.
The property last sold for $5 million in 2017, according to records, and was listed for $6.98 million in 2018 before being removed from the market.
Since then, the sellers have significantly remodeled the property to add an extra bedroom in addition to the floor-to-ceiling windows and glass doors and the grassy lawn and infinity pool, according to marketing materials. They were not available for comment.
