Warren Buffett has a sweet little piece of real estate that has hit the market for the first time in nearly 50 years!
Buffett lists his 3,500 sf home in Laguna Beach for $11 million, on the heels of his ginormous unload of Walmart stock.
The home features 6 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms and a spacious sundeck facing the ocean.
